HOT MAT PILATES
Pilates Mat in heat Room at (95–99°F) that combines strength, control, and conscious breathing. The heat enhances deep muscle work, increases mobility, helps detoxify the body, and stimulates lymphatic drainage. A session designed to sweat, strengthen, and sculpt from the center of the body outward.
MAT PILATES SCULPT
Pilates Mat at room temperature A fluid and dynamic class designed to move the body in a continuous, conscious, and harmonious way. It combines Pilates Mat sequences with smooth transitions, mobility, core activation, and integrated stretches to create a constant flow that releases tension and improves the mind-body connection. Ideal for those seeking a light, dynamic, elegant, and restorative practice without the use of heat. Focus: fluidity, mobility, elongation, body connection, gentle stability.
DEFINE BARRE
A Light Barre class is a low-impact session focused on deep activation, alignment, and body control. Through small, precise, and fluid movements inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional training, we work on strength, stability, and mobility without overloading the joints. It is ideal for those looking to tone up, improve posture and mind-body connection, recover from more intense workouts, or start their barre journey from a safe and mindful foundation.
BARRE INTENSE
An Intense Barre class raises the pace and challenge. Maintaining the technique and precision of the barre method, this class incorporates more dynamic sequences, longer time under tension, extended pulses, and fluid transitions that increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. It is designed for those who want to take their strength and definition to the next level, feel the characteristic “shake” of barre, and leave class feeling energized, powerful, and accomplished.
YOGA
It is a space to move calmly, breathe deeply, and return to balance. Through gentle postures, conscious breathing, and moments of relaxation, this practice invites you to connect with your body, release tension, and quiet the mind. REFORMER INTENSE
An intense and dynamic class designed to work the entire body with strength, precision, and fluidity. It combines the classic principles of Pilates Reformer with more challenging transitions, increased resistance, and sequences that activate the legs, glutes, back, arms, and core from a deep level. Ideal for those who already practice Pilates or are looking to take their training to the next level.
REFORMER SCULPT
Class focused on technique, alignment, and conscious execution of the Pilates method. Here we work on breathing, control, and posture to perfect each movement, deeply activating the legs, glutes, back, arms, and core. Ideal for those who want to build a solid foundation, improve their practice, or train with greater precision and body awareness. Duration: 50 minutes Focus: technique, alignment, control, precision.
Recovery
A thermal contrast ritual combining a sauna and an ice plunge at 3–6°C. Ideal for accelerating muscle recovery, reducing inflammation, and revitalizing the nervous system after training.
RELIEF
A comforting sauna experience at a high temperature for 35 minutes to detoxify your body, clear your mind, release toxins, stimulate collagen production, and restore elasticity to your skin.
